Specifically it was the children's adventure activity. The pizzas at their restaurants are pretty disappointing, given the price. Came about this place by sheer luck. Two restaurants on site provide decent choice ans although expensive the food was great! All the staff we met were great. Halibut was cooked with a nice crust but a little small on the sides. Left hotel at 7am and was able to park right in lake Louise's parking lot. Very nice and upscale interior, lots of shops and food items. The only downside is that they do not have AC and it gets hot in summer. Le Fournil Bakery. Pool was crowded but was clean and nice that it had 3 hot tubs.

The food was flavourful and well-cooked. Ordered afternoon tea set. We ended up leaving the door open for awhile to catch the evening coolness.
