If you are looking for a quick ab workout that focuses on the lower abs and waistline this is the workout for you! Sometimes all you have is 5 minutes and this provides a great burn. I also occasionally add in a 5 minute ab workouts if I am able to spare a little more time with my workouts! She starts the workout off mostly focusing on the lower abs and waistline with some moves I have never done before. It helps that she is on a beautiful beach while teaching. She includes the obliques and provides a good workout for the entire core. I finished this workout feeling accomplished and felt it in my lower abs the next day!
