I love it when I can appreciate the female characters a lot more and not give a damn about the male ones. Life and death are the same. I wanted sweet revenge for Crystal, but I was not prepared for the shocking turn of events or the unforgivable Dolce behaviour. The Dolce boys are here to stake their claim on every segment of the town and its people—Darling hierarchy be-damned. She is offered a chance to attend Willow Heights on a scholarship which may be the best chance for her to get a college scholarship and leave town one day.

He is living with half of a soul and he is NOT making it easy for her. If you love dark, bully romance books, Selena is the author for you. Then at the end of book 3 he has his brothers and their buddy gang r p3 her. It was basically the abused woman blaming herself and letting her abusers subjugate her again. The characters are funny, frustrating and lovable. So glad I missed the first series and I'm gonna pass on the next rappey book in this one.. It was entertaining enough, and the middle left me wondering how this was going to end. If you were looking for a reason to start it this is it! Oh this book was a slow burn, twisted AF, dark bully book. My name is Harper Apple, and people say I'm rotten to the core. Mickey Safety Review has full spoilers for all the books in the series. I can't wait for Royal to find out that Crystal is still alive. Not that weekend A payback is needed so badly.
