Question is, what about the Walmart non-branded Mercon LV? And strangely enough it also says Dexron usage too What say you all? Priced the same as SuperTech apparently.

Was it CVT fluid from the Subaru dealer? Car running smoothly so we hope no future problems! So what do you use? Is this stuff like lube gard? They likely drained a fraction half? If they failed to drain the engine oil and then added the required amount…yep, too much oil. As said above, you may need a lawyer. And the method by which it is put in is weird and special. The car seems to be running very well so hopeful all is fine. Perhaps an extended warranty that will cover future transmission failure. What say you all? More or less, It's also to lubricate but ATF however last much longer than motor oil, being in a closed system, should still be changed as the additives wears out as some point, even in a "lifetime" fluid.
