Level 4 is the fifth level of the Backrooms, taking place in another pool-like setting. The level itself is a sewer system. This is the 3rd easiest level in the game as of the Pre Alpha v. For the older version of this level, see Level 4 Old. Level 4 is a large poolrooms map, with a more linear direction at the start. All of the balconies are accessible; the hole in the wall can be reached by simply ascending the staircase in the next room, and the glass window overlook can be reached through the level's pipe maze. The second room is another mini pool with an exit to the next room and a staircase leading to the aforementioned overlook of room one. The third room is a long, olympic-size pool with various benches at regular intervals around it. At the opposite end of it is a different staircase that leads to the level's glass water chambers, and then the pipe maze. The pipe maze is the section of the level elevated above water by a glass floor. Various colored pipes are scattered around, but they are not helpful in finding the exit. Once the player has reached the end of the glass pipe maze, they will find a short tiled hallway and the exit. The objective of this level is to escape. After going through the series of long hallways and rooms, the Player will find a glass-floored maze. The best way to complete the maze is to always follow the left wall.

Level 8 is the 9th level in Apeirophobia. The Skin Stealer patrols this dark and dreary level. Level 8 is quite similar to Level 3 in terms of design. The walls are grey-ish white and the floor is a brown carpet. The ceiling is made of tiles, each perfectly the same, with the same marble appearance as the walls. The darkness, in conjunction with the repetitive nature of the level, can easily misdirect players and cause them to get lost. The level is separated into two large areas, Area 1 and Area 2, with a large, rectangular room in the middle splitting the map in half.
Level 5 is the sixth level in Apeirophobia. This is the level where the Skin Walker resides in. Level 5 takes the appearance of a giant cave, with patches of stalagmites littered all around, hence the name. The cave takes the formation of a giant maze, from tunnels to expansive areas. The exit is simply an alcove on one of the cave walls, with a glowing, purple, vortex shaped portal in it. The portal also has an ambient sound that is audible from a good distance away, so if you are close by and you want to escape, make sure to turn up your sound as you should be able to hear a humming sound that gets louder the closer you get to the exit.
