Yes it is nice and modern and has all the amenities but its a big sterile theater.

This is the closest theater to my house, but I avoid it. It's always a little shabby, and either understaffed or staffed by people who don't care. Concession lines very long and slow. When I order something that needs to be made fresh, I've seen take their sweet time getting to it. I've never seen the upstairs, 2nd concession area open, which would help during slow times. Often there is no one at the ticket desk and you have to go around to the customer service desk to buy your ticket. I thought about getting the AMC A-list plan, but decided against it since I'd rather go to another theater chain when possible. They get tons of business, so I can't understand why they're not able to afford more and better-trained staff. I wish corporate would send out a "secret shopper" to experience this theater, and get management to make it better. If I could give this movie theatre 0 stars I would.
