I have to say that my 4 star rating is mostly for my stylist. I have followed Inna around the the greater part of the last decade she's worked at Zibazz and that one salon at the Pikesville I've been going here since they opened. Yes, you have to make an appointment to be seen, but normally I know when I'm coming in so that's not a problem for me. They use high quality polishes and Search MapQuest.

They're so skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. Now, let me say that SaRaiya is not exactly the biggest fan of me. I rub her the wrong way or something about me really annoys her, so she's not exactly thrilled to see me at my appointments, but she tries to have a sense of humor, which I appreciate. If you're obsessed with people-pleasing and having everyone like you, maybe buckle in a bit before you see her or perhaps she just really doesn't like me, and that's my problem, but it won't be yours or anyone else's. Saraiya is the best!

As a first time customer, I felt the staff really cared about me and were sincere in helping me obtain the look that fit best for me.
