Nail salon savages. I have always had a challenging time finding a good nail salon. And what I mean by good is fairly priced, good customer service, clean, location and proximity to my home or work, and ethical when it comes to how the staff treat people and one another, deliver service and are priced fairly. The location is great and not too crowded, salon is always very clean, even pre-pandemic, prices are fair, a little expensive, which I knew this would be pricey considering the quality of service and product and the customer service is top notch. One big consideration for me in choosing a nail salon is how I observe the staff to treat me, compared to other customers, how staff treat each other, what languages are spoken and is this a consideration with regards to respect for all customers and staff alike and are prices fair, the same for all as posted and do the prices change fairly and over time or do some people pay more or less depending on who they are and who they know and do the staff make up stories about just taking cash versus other forms of payment and how this all fluctuates or remains stable over time. Lavish had great customer service, had posted services and prices that rarely changed due to normal inflation, all forms of payment were accepted, depending on what was comfortable for the customers and they have a rewards program for spending so much at their salon and getting a coupon for discounts if you continued to receive services from their salon.

They welcomed me, told me to chose color and then I sat down in the pedicure chair right away. Water was almost full I got a pedicure and full set here and they did amazing! They were so gentle and kind to me and my family who went with me. My full set looks amazing so if you are looking for cute nails I received a pedicure and my technician was meticulous every step of the service. My feet were a mess due to the combination of Covid lockdown, inconsistent pedicures and my own maintenance.
