Several characters in One Piece can acquire incredible abilities that most people could only imagine thanks to the power system. When all luffy transformations comes to Luffy, his power-ups come in a variety of forms that are typically categorized by Gears.
Monkey D. Luffy is the protagonist of One Piece and one of the strongest pirates in the history of the Grand Line. He aims to conquer the Grand Line, find Gol D. Roger's legendary treasure, and become the King of the Pirates, but in order to do so, the Straw Hat Pirate will need to grow to become powerful enough to defeat any opponent that stands in his way. Over the years, Luffy has gained access to several forms that transform his body, allowing him to combat a variety of different opponents — this includes all of Luffy's Gear forms, the majority of which he still uses on a fairly regular basis.

Luffy is the protagonist of One Piece and certainly the most incredible character written by Oda. With the aim of becoming the Pirate King, Luffy set sail towards the Grand Line and, over the years, he has done quite well for himself, recently being recognized as one of the Yonko of the Sea. Luffy has advanced quite a lot in terms of strength and much of that is down to the many transformations that he has gained over time. While nearly all of his transformations are iconic, some hold more importance than others, and, thus, are more beloved among the fans. This transformation saw the various victims of Moria put around shadows inside Luffy's body. As a result, Luffy grew tremendously in terms of power. He also changed quite a lot in terms of appearance and received a very gothic look, resembling Frankenstein. In terms of power, Luffy grew to a point where he could easily stop Oars's punches with a single hand. He could even defeat Oars on his own and that alone makes this transformation extremely overpowered. Gear Third is one of the many Gears that Luffy has developed, thanks to his incredible mastery of his Devil Fruit. This gear sees Luffy inflate his bones by biting into his thumb directly.
This Gear 4 form sees Luffy use his Armament Haki on his limbs to keep his body as lean as possible, boosting his speed to its utmost limits. The form is so intense that all his sweat starts evaporating from his body as if it was steaming, but as time goes by, Luffy slowly learns how to achieve this state with little effort. He also changed quite a lot in terms of appearance and received a all luffy transformations gothic look, resembling Frankenstein, all luffy transformations.

By now, I assume every one of you knows the name of Monkey D. Luffy is the main character of the famous Shonen everyone loves and hates called One Piece. After being inspired to find the hidden treasure One Piece, Luffy embarks on a journey full of adventure, fun, mystery, and lots of meat. He recruits his crew and becomes one of the worst generation pirate members. While being the worst generation pirate that terrorizes everyone is a lie, Luffy won our hearts with his fighting spirit and his morals. But today we are not here to talk about the story of One Piece. Rather, we are going to talk about what are the best forms and transformations of Luffy. I thought about adding or not adding this form of Luffy because this was like a one-time thing.

As one of the Four Emperors , and at the young age of 19, Luffy is one of the four most powerful pirates in the world. He captains the Straw Hat Pirates , holding the greatest authority over a mighty and diverse crew consisting of several infamous members, many of whom are extremely powerful in their own right. Luffy has a tremendous amount of influence over his crewmates, so much so that they all trust him with their lives, despite his reckless behavior and, in some cases, even because of it.

This Gear 4 form sees Luffy use his Armament Haki on his limbs to keep his body as lean as possible, boosting his speed to its utmost limits. To maintain his body as slender as possible and maximize his speed, Luffy uses his Armament Haki on his limbs in Gear 4 form. As these Gears accumulate over time, the young pirate gains more power to defeat some of the most formidable foes both on land and at sea. Using the power of compression, Luffy increases his strength by manifold. With the aim of becoming the Pirate King, Luffy set sail towards the Grand Line and, over the years, he has done quite well for himself, recently being recognized as one of the Yonko of the Sea. All of Luffy's Gear 4 forms operate on a principle similar to Gears 2 and 3, with the only difference being that these transformations are significantly more extreme and use Haki to fuel their strength.

Dubbed Gear 5, this transformation is easily the strongest of all Luffy's forms, and its power is only limited by Luffy's imagination. Luffy speeds up his blood flow, and his body can handle the pressure because his organs and blood vessels are rubbery. The inflation leads to his body becoming akin to that of a giant and the power that he generates with this Gear is absolutely immense. Luffy possesses, and it proves to be crucial in his fight against Charlotte Katakuri of the Big Mom Pirates. To gain this transformation, Luffy had to awaken his Devil Fruit, which only happened when he died. By unleashing the full potential of his powers with this incredible shonen transformation , the Straw Hat Pirate is able to transform into the mythical Sun God, turning his hair, skin, and clothes white and adding a red glow to his eyes. By using his Devil Fruit powers to pump blood throughout his body, the Straw Hat Pirate is able to move much faster than normal, effectively creating an extreme version of doping. One Piece TV Unfortunately, even Mizu Luffy couldn't defeat Crocodile, ultimately forcing the Straw Hat Pirate to develop another plan to defeat his opponent. Luffy can turn his body into that of a giant, allowing him to deliver tremendously powerful blows. As these Gears accumulate over time, the young pirate gains more power to defeat some of the most formidable foes both on land and at sea. Using the power of compression, Luffy increases his strength by manifold. The majority of attacks miss him because of his increased defense. Luffy gets a massive attack speed boost and can often change the direction of his blows to hit his opponents from all angles.
