California Highway Patrol responded to a head-on crash on Highway just north of the State Route 1 intersection near Orcutt. According to CHP, a two vehicle traffic collision happened at around p. CHP said the crash occurred when a male driver in a Chevrolet Aveo was traveling northbound in the southbound number one lane at the same time another male driver in a Toyota Highlander was traveling southbound in the number one lane.
