Pastor Adam has been walking in full time ministry since Ashlee is a retired professional soccer player and has her masters degree in leadership and coaching from Concordia University. Pastor Adam began as children's pastor and and moved into youth pastor, and creative pastor roles throughout his leadership at ALFC. His dynamic teaching and creative vision has helped cultivate our church as one of the most diverse, multi-cultural, and multi-generational churches in the world. The ministry consisted of 12 members, and grew quickly through the favor of God. In the church moved to its new home, a business park in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. During this time of unprecedented growth the church expanded to 5 weekend services and eventually purchasing the 5. From this campus ALFC would launch numerous ministries across the globe. Several orphanages were created in Africa, Brazil, Thailand, and Mexico. In addition a portion of the former business park location was transformed into our first Generosity Center that serves as one of the largest food banks in the Inland Empire.
