3 long beeps on boot

Three long beeps followed by two short beeps is a memory initialization error. This means that the memory has failed. If you only have one stick of memory it is very difficult to diagnose. If you have more than one stick, you can remove all of them and replace them one stick at a time in the slot closest to the processor and boot. Test each stick this way. It still does the same thing without ram though, I took out the ram to try to boot just into the bios and it still did the same exact thing, same beep code and everything.

Googling for this beep code gave me no meaningful results it's certainly not a keyboard problem. After many around 30 tries of booting, it sometimes gets through and then I can use my PC for days without powering down without a problem. But once a few days my screens are black, keyboard lights frozen. After restarting my PC, I'm again faced with the boot issue. However, that seems to have been a fluke. Today removing the GPU didn't help as well and I started investigating further. I removed all devices attached to my PC. I still couldn't boot, with the same beep code.

3 long beeps on boot
After switching out the original pair of RAM I turned on my PC only for it to start beeping 3 long beeps followed by 2 short beeps. My computer is properly connected to the monitor, but nothing appears. After opening it, I realized that one of the RAM sticks wasn't inserted and locked properly. I fixed the problem and tried to start it up agian only to have the same result. I even tried getting completely newer RAM sticks to replace the ones I just bought just in case I somehow messed up the previous ones, but I still get the same thing happen. It continuously beeps in this pattern for a few cycles until its just the LED power light flashing in a similar pattern. From what I can understand, the beeping might allude to the problem being with the RAM placement, but I've made sure that I placed the ram correctly. It's driving me nuts, man. Any help?
