I think I have my problem narrowed to my starter relay! Here's the story. From time to time my truck will not start. From time to time my truck dies like pulling the key outta the ignition. One early morning, I had enough guys around to push my truck so that I could pop the clutch and it fired right up. Before that we pushed it up on the trailer not knowing what was wrong Started right up!
Maybe bad contacts in the switch or a short to ground somewhere.

The truck does not crank over. When I turn the key to start it, a clicking noise comes from a 3 pin M3 relay part number The gauge lights also flash with the clicking. Both stop after about one minute. I pulled the relay and the clicking and flashing stops. The symptoms leading up to this was intermittent starting, I could hear a distinct clicking noise near the passenger quarter panel below the glove box. The battery is fully charged, the truck also has a safety cancel switch and no alarm system. Before this problem, the truck started great. Short out the starter solenoid and see if it cranks over.
