Recently just replaced driver side wheel sensor and throttle body. When the jeep idles for about min it throws the ETC dash light still after I replaced It due to bad gears in my original throttle body. I brought the jeep into the dealer and they preformed a DTC inspection and did a Throttle body relearn procedure as well as a PCM software update that was needed. After all this the same issue still persists when idle the ETC light comes right on.

The wiring colors on the instruction sheet for the new throttle body don't quite match the colors of that are on the car.. I tried looking for the original part's schematic to cross reference the wires but I couldn't find it. During that year though, it never went into limp mode like it did when throttle body issue originally came up.

New development - I took the old TB out a month ago- cleaned and put it back in hoping that would solve the problem obviously it didn't. I'll give an update at a latter date as changed happen.
