The class experience was positive, achieving our Recommended rating. Our knowledgeable and energetic coach helped make it a positive experience for someone new to this method of training. The equipment and studio was clean, well-designed and with interesting lightning features, helping it score top marks in this category. As you would expect from any 1Rebel concept, there will be movements to the music, lazers and lights, all combining to create an immersive experience and environment. Our pre-visit call to the branch was handled by an enthusiastic and professional member of the 1Rebel team, who was very informative when discussing the details of the workout. On arrival, a verbal orientation of the club was given and a bottle of water was offered, which was a nice touch. The interactions were overall efficient and quite warm, although there was some confusion around what footwear was required for the session.
