Honestly I've lived here for a year now and I can say that this place is amazing. The price is cheaper than the rest of the apartment complexes around here. The staff is always willing to work If I could give this place a i would. This is the worst place to live in the state. Do not waste your money or your time. I have lived here for 2 years and moved out this past summer. Dog poop I would avoid having your student live at Redpoint.

We sent in MULTIPLE requests for necessities to get fixed including our dryer, microwave, and most importantly, our door-lock and we have yet to get any of it fixed. So much, This place has easily become the best student living complex in Columbia this year! The community is so The old managers ran this place into the ground, but the changes they have made over the past year are why I renewed again. What is the point of having on-site security when they legally cant help you with anything-just to be able to tell people that there is security here? We have setup a book buyback station twice in the last 6 months here and we can honestly say the staff is above and Is it not your job to answer emergencies!!!! Trash piles up for days on end out of the one dumpster that they have onto the street of the front entrance and the dog poop containers are never emptied.
